These Terms of Use govern your access to MakeMyReel websites, applications, APIs, AI tools, content calendar, automations and connected-platform features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age and eligibility rules of every platform you connect. If you use MakeMyReel for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for limiting workspace access to authorized people.

You may connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage on services such as Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube or an optional aggregator such as Blotato. The connected platform's terms, policies, technical limits and review requirements also apply.

You authorize MakeMyReel to use only the permissions you grant to identify destinations, upload or publish content you approve, and retrieve delivery status. You can disconnect an account at any time. Disconnecting may prevent pending work from completing and does not remove content already accepted by the provider.

You may connect multiple accounts, but you must select and verify the exact destination assigned to each character or publishing route. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to publish there.

You retain your rights in content, prompts, media, brand assets and other material you submit. You grant MakeMyReel and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transform and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

You must have the rights, releases and permissions required for all uploaded, generated and published material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, captions, disclosures, privacy settings, commercial-content labels and platform-specific choices before approval or publication.

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or privacy-invasive activity; to impersonate a real person without authorization; to bypass platform limits or reviews; or to distribute prohibited or unsafe content.

AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable or unsuitable. You must apply human review appropriate to the context. MakeMyReel does not provide legal, tax, medical, accounting or other professional advice.

Scheduling or automation does not guarantee publication. Providers may reject, delay, limit, remove or change content and APIs. MakeMyReel may pause delivery when authorization, review status, safety, compliance or provider state is unclear.

Features, limits and pricing may vary by plan and product edition. Paid services are subject to the price, billing period, taxes and cancellation terms shown at checkout. Provider fees or third-party subscriptions are separate unless expressly stated.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, impose reasonable usage or security limits, or restrict access where necessary to protect users, providers, infrastructure or legal compliance.

MakeMyReel software, design, documentation, trademarks and service content are owned by MakeMyReel or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your authorized purposes.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse connected platforms or where continued operation is not reasonably possible.

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, provider approval, platform availability, particular AI outputs or business results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeMyReel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, lost platform access or reputational harm. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

We may update these terms to reflect product, provider or legal changes. We will publish the updated version with a revised date and provide additional notice where required.
